In Home and Community Support services are individualized and centered on individual needs. We provide support and guidance in making the best choices that allow individuals to enhance their quality of life and promote independence both in the home and in the community.
Our staff provide supervision and assistance with activities of daily living in the home while focusing on individual health and safety needs.
We provide ongoing Job Support to ensure that individuals working in competitive employment maintain acceptable work performance, skills and habits. Our support staff help identify and solve any problems that may arise to prevent individuals from losing their employment as well as assist individuals to learn new skills and new work assignments.
